Owlet
"We got the Owlet Smart Sock after I learned about it from a co-worker, who'd had a red notification and decided to take her baby to the hospital, resulting in a NICU stay. We had been using it on our two-week-old, Charlie, since we made it home from the hospital. When we put him down on Sunday night, he sounded a bit funny and his oxygen readings looked lower than normal. After hours of staying awake with him and several red notifications (and clear signs that he was struggling to breathe), we headed to the ER at 2am. We still thought we were overreacting; we weren't. They took one look at him, saw his O2 saturation was in the 70s and heart rate was extremely high, and put us in an ambulance to be admitted to the pediatric ICU unit at the larger hospital an hour away.

Luckily he 'only' had rhinovirus (aka the Common Cold) and not the flu, RSV or pneumonia, but mucus and tiny airways isn't a great combo. He needed to be on extra full-flow oxygen for a few days to get enough air. Our little dude is doing much better, and I am super happy to not be stuck in a hospital room trying to console a tiny human hooked up to a lot of wires and wrapped in a lot of blankets.

We're extremely grateful we were using the Smart Sock. Now that we're home, it's very reassuring to check his O2 levels and see them back in the normal range. It’s clear now how low and out of the norm they were the night he got sick. While something clearly wasn't right, seeing the numbers and getting the notifications was the extra push we needed to trust our instincts that we weren't just being crazy hyper-vigilant parents -- I'm not sure how much longer we would've waited and what would've happened otherwise."

Credit: Tara Eckenrode
*As a reminder, the Smart Sock is designed to track babies' heart rate and oxygen levels and keep parents informed, but it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
owletcare.com

S2A Modular is hosting a free Webinar on Thursday, November 12th for investors in the Philadelphia area to learn about modular construction integrated with renewable energy smart home technology.

The webinar will break down the differences between the "traditional stick built" method of construction versus the "modular" method. You'll learn the advantages and disadvantages of the modular process along with how we're integrating renewable energy smart home components to create net-zero (NZEB) properties. The heart of the concept is the inclusion of a residential storage battery, such as the Tesla Powerwall for example and revolutionary solar panel systems, while adding high energy-efficient windows, doors, insulation, heating, etc. to maximize the battery's use.

Who is this webinar for?
1. The buyer who is looking to build a new home and would like to get the process done 30%-40% faster at a cost savings of 10%-20% of the original stick built method while building a stronger product.
2. The consumer who is interested in sustainability, renewable energy, smart home technology, energy-efficient home components integrated with green living.
3. The "Developer" that wants to build a community or subdivision of hundreds of homes and/or the developer that wants to build apartment or hotel doors quicker, stronger and for less money.
4. The accredited investor that would like to be involved at the start of something that could quickly grow and potentially disrupt an industry.
5. The strategic investor who wants to partner with a company not only to get a strong ROI on their investment but to have priority on the assembly line and a discount from normal mark-up.
6. The construction professional, the architect, the salesperson, the civil engineer, the supplier of building materials and anyone else that may want to learn more about modular construction and smart home technology and how to partner with S2A Modular.

Organizer
Brian Kuzdas started his real estate career in 1985 as a commercial real estate agent

SLEEPON – Better sleep, better life.
ℹ️Why it is important to monitor your blood oxygen saturation(#SpO2) while sleep? SpO2 is a measurement of how much oxygen your blood is carrying as a percentage of the maximum it could carry. For a healthy individual, the normal SpO2 should be between 96% to 99%. Individuals with breathing problems during sleep (sleep apnea, snoring) often have low oxygen levels in their blood. As a result of not breathing for 30 seconds or more during sleep, oxygen level would drop to 80% or less. It is very important to keep tracking SpO2 level and heart rate during sleep. Study shows better sleep reduces probability of getting heart diseases, obesity and other diseases. Better sleep, better life. Visit: https://www.sleepon.us/ to find out how #Go2sleep can help you understand more about your sleep quality.

This year has been an uphill battle for us as yoga teachers and studio owners. My heart breaks everytime I hear of another yoga studio closing. I never imagined this was coming when our country shut down in March. ‘The New Normal’ Our new reality: both instructors and students are hesitant to head back into studios and gyms. Whispers of our ‘Second Wave’ starting. Being afraid of the person next to you while trying to relax during yoga. Live-Stream Classes offer Accountability: You may not be in the same room, but you are moving and connecting together. When focusing on the same activity at the same as other humans, we can still feel that sense of connection. Join us on your mat! "I am 73 years young and have been diagnosed with a triple blocking in three arteries in February 2018. After all test in the Hospital, I was advised the only option is a open heart surgery due to the block is more the 80%. I have read about Arter Ease and spoke to my doctor if it would harm me. The Answer from the doctor was that there is nothing in there what can harm you. At present I am taking 60 drops 3 times a day. So far I have avoided any surgery and I am feeling perfectly normal without any surgery. I feel a lot better and returned back to full time employment. No problems so far after 6 months of using Arter Ease."
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Peter Pippig - (Rockhampton, AU)

A real customer testimonial.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia.

Imagine not worrying about leaving a loved one suddenly.

Getting your heart healthy is something we all must do.

You can do it for a limited time at 50% OFF

Get yours here>> https://medherbstore.com/blood-pressure/

Get yours here>> https://medherbstore.com/blood-pressure/

90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
