Bake some chocolate revel bars!​ ​ Follow this recipe to make 24 pieces of Chocolate Revel Bars.​ ​ Ingredients:​ 3 cups quick cooking oats​ 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour​ 1 teaspoon baking soda​ 1 teaspoon salt​ 1 cup butter, softened​ 2 cups packed brown sugar​ 2 large eggs​ 4 teaspoons vanilla extract​ 1 can Carnation Condensed Creamer 300ml​ 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips​ 2 tablespoons butter​ ½ teaspoon salt​ ½ cup chopped walnuts​ Procedure:​ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.​ In a large bowl, beat together 1 cup butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt; stir into butter mixture. Set aside.​ In a medium saucepan, heat Carnation Condensed Creamer, chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in walnuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla.​ Pat 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the top, and dot with remaining oat mixture.​ Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven.​ Let cool on a wire rack, then cut into bars.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe (serves 4) Ingredients: 1 box of Barilla Rigatoni 1 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced 2 packages of mixed mushrooms, sliced 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 cup cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup pasta water 1/3 cup parsley, chopped finely salt + pepper to taste Directions: 1.Bring a large pot of water to boil. Follow the cooking instructions on Barilla's Rigatoni Box to cook pasta to taste. 2. In a medium size saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic. Sautee for 2-3 minutes. Add in previously washed mushrooms and butter. Cook the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes or until mushrooms have browned. Add in chicken broth and cream and mix together. Let the sauce simmer for 7-8 minutes. Add in 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan and stir. 3. Once Barilla rigatoni is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Add pasta into the mushroom sauce and mix evenly until all of the pasta is evenly coated. Add pasta water and mix. Add salt + pepper to taste. 4. Plate pasta and garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley. 5. Serve & Enjoy! xx

Follow this recipe to make 4-6 servings of Tortilla Lasagna INGREDIENTS: White Sauce: 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp cumin 2 cans Carnation Evaporated Milk 370ml Lasagna: 500g grated Monterey Jack cheese 3 cups shredded cooked chicken 2 cups bottled tomato salsa 2 cups corn kernels 10 whole wheat or regular flour tortillas PROCEDURE: PREHEAT oven to 190.5°C Grease a 9” x 13” (3L) baking dish. MELT butter in medium saucepan. Whisk in flour, chili powder, salt and cumin and cook over low for 1 minute. Add in milk and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce has thickened. LAYER bottom of baking dish with 2 tortillas, overlapping them if necessary. Cut additional tortilla to fill in gaps. Spread 1 cup white sauce over tortillas, spread ½ cup salsa over sauce, sprinkle with 1 cup shredded chicken, 1 cup of grated cheese and a heaping ½ cup corn. Repeat using 4 layers of tortillas. Top last layer of tortillas with remaining salsa and cheese. BAKE for 35-40 minutes, or until browned and bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes for serving.
