FOR BUSINESSMEN OVER 40 It can be all so exhausting… …waking up most mornings feeling groggy and out of sorts rather than bouncing out of bed feeling a sense of energy, clarity, and eagerness to take on the day ...constantly having to be “switched on” to be the best possible boss and leader at work then collapsing from exhaustion after a long day (and too tired and mentally drained to do the things you enjoy) ...choosing what to wear based on hiding the belly as best as possible rather than wearing what you like (and frustrated when you have to go buy larger sized clothes because nothing in your closet fits you like it used to) …feeling like your self-confidence isn’t where you’d prefer it to be and it’s affecting your ability to take on more opportunities both personally and professionally ...avoiding the reflection of yourself in the mirror as much as possible ...feeling anxious when it comes to doing certain romantic activities because you’re not sure which “you” is going to show up …having to put on a good front and fake it as best as you can, pretending that everything is ok (and you swear your team is starting to wonder what’s happened to their boss) …spending thousands on nice vacations to de-stress from work and yet dreading it at the same time because the idea of taking your shirt off in public equals embarrassment ...being irritable and grumpy with the most important people in your life rather than being patient and attentive …feeling disappointed in yourself for neglecting your physical condition (swearing up and down that you’d never allow this to happen) …getting out of breath after climbing a flight of stairs or keeping active with your loved ones (even having times when bending over to tie your shoes becomes a difficult task) ...tired of the health risks and insecurities that come with your overall shape And most frustrating of all working for the last 10 to 20+ years to build the success you have in your career and create this amazing life for yourself but realizing you’ve sacrificed “you” in order to get there One day you look in the mirror and don’t quite recognize the guy staring back at you. Energy, health, confidence, clarity, and focus… gone. ^^ It’s not an ideal situation to be in and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone But I’ve seen this time and time again with the 1,000+ successful busy men like yourself that I’ve helped over the better part of a decade who were quite literally sick and tired of being sick and tired What makes things even worse: Most “Routines and Methods” that used to work in the past aren’t having any effect these days … your energy levels continue to drop whilst the pounds continue to increase and frustration is beginning to set in (if it hasn’t already) Not to mention… It seems that most things out there to help you get this area of your life under control are either aimed to beat you down, starve you to death, or take over your entire life. Stacking even more of a problem on you’re already overloaded plate. And I’m sure you’ve tried or considered what seems like everything too… Personal Trainers, “Fad Diets”, at Home DVD’s, Brutalizing and Boring Workout Programs, Unsustainable Quick Fixes, B-12 Shots, Supplements, Keto, Low Carb, the latest Hype Cardio Gym up the road Or… All the programs out there now where you’ve got to go “Beast Mode” or become some kind of cross fitter...or worse…end up doing some random boot camp where you’re laying your elbows in some kind of dog poo in some godforsaken field somewhere…just doesn’t appeal and you don’t seem to have the time or capacity to do it. Here’s the thing… I’m not saying all that stuff is bad. For some men, it works. And that’s great. But from my experience, consider, it’s not about what works and what doesn’t… ….it’s about what FITS a person’s lifestyle the best and what doesn’t. The fact is, this is probably not your fault Being a successful businessman can be hard. In between keeping employees, clients, partners, and team members happy... ...managing payroll, t

O-Town Coin Laundry - 24th Street
O-Town Laundry is Utah's largest AND BEST Laundromat operation, and we are always on the lookout for good, honest, and reliable individuals who know what clean is. Right now in Ogden, we are on the lookout for at least 2 full time Laundromat attendant Positions. Specifically we are OFFICIALLY opening the long awaited "O-Town Coin Laundry - Washington Blvd". This is Utah's newest, nicest and most AMAZING laundromat. We are also in need of an attendant at our Main Ogden Location, found in the Downtown Area of Ogden (This is our biggest Laundromat). O-Town's Motto is "Nothing Matters more than Clean... with a Capital C!... and the philosophy that sets our locations apart from the rest is " More Choice, More Clean! Nothing matters more!" we are always looking for good, clean, and inexpensive ways to give customers far more choice than what the norm is at competing laundromats. As you can probably tell, we LOVE the Laundry Business. Why else would we have a dozen laundry facilities in Utah? We want you to also Love Laundry as much as we do. However, on top of Loving Laundry you will also need to be punctual, kind, helpful, firm, and hard working. If you have these attributes we promise you will love this job and as long as you know what CLEAN is (With a Capital C), this will be the easiest job you have ever had. Clean is what its all about. Because our Motto is "Nothing matters more than Clean" we require our incredibly nice, new, and modern laundry facilities to be cleaned numerous times per day by our on site attendants. O-Town works very hard to ensure efficiency. As such our employees and contractors have the best tools for the job. Each of our locations has the following tools to help make the task of cleaning much easier. 1. Power Mop- These mops can completely mop an entire facility in less than 20 minutes, start to finish, and the floors end up 1000% cleaner than they would with regular mops. 2. Small hand held battery powered mops- These mops are like a weed eater, and are used for hard to reach places, like around toilets, in toilets, under tables, and corners to name a few. Much better than getting on your hands and knees. 3. Small spin mops- Even though we don't like staff using normal mops there is still a place for them, and we always have an O-Cedar spin mop on hand for quick spot cleans. These small spin mops are easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to store. 4. Mircofiber Mittens, Wands and towels - Our Maytag Laundry machines are beautiful, the best looking in the world, hands down. This is partly because we use micro fiber products to whip them down every day. We have micro fiber wands to ensure hard to reach places are also cleaned instead of pushing dirt around or even just skipping hard to reach areas. 5. Daimler Steam Guns- O-Town doesn't settle for cheep tools. We don't like replacing them, so we always buy the best and most dependable tools. Our steamer is no exception. Able to reach a staggering 345 degrees, these steam guns can clean grout lines, laundry machine soap dispensers, ink stains inside dryer drums, and tons of other misc. nooks and cranny. It makes all things become new, non chemically. 6. Window Vacuum squeegees- If you have never used a motorized squeegee, you need to, it will allow you to clean windows 3 times faster than normal. Just amazing. 7. Milwaukee Battery Powered Backpack Vacuum - This vacuum is powerful, and mobile, and allows you to clean lint traps, and other areas with dirty debris with ease. We also have other vacuum types (Large wet Dry shop vacs, Small Sweeper vacuums, and even large walk behind sweepers for indoor and outdoor use. 8. Various other types of hand tools, and power tools that can help anyone do their job better and faster. We can go on and on as to how much thought we put into our tool inventory and cleaning processes at each O-Town location. The tools themselves can take a few days to master, however, once you master their use you will be able to clean a location in no time flat, and it will look incredible to boot. AS you can tell, we t

“Alaia, get out of bed now! Don’t make me come up there!” yelled my mom from the bottoms of the stairs. I had hit the snooze button one too many times and now I was going to be late for my last week of senior year. I shot of of bed and into by bathroom in an attempt to wake myself up and make myself look like a human and not a walking zombie. As soon as I turned on the shower I jumped in and cursed aloud when the icy water hit my body. “Well, step one ‘waking up’ is complete” I thought sarcastically as I adjusted the temperature and sped through my morning routine. Hopping out of the shower I wrapped myself in my favorite fluffy bath towel and take a look in the mirror. Everyone always says how much I look like my mom and I see it more and more every day. I have her large golden honey colored eyes and smooth caramel skin. My long chocolate brown hair almost reaches my waist, again just like mom, but mine is curly while hers would be considered wavy. I have plump pouty lips and a small button nose which I love but I would say that my favorite feature would be my curves. Mom definitely blessed me with an amazing hourglass figure. Tiny waist, thick hips and thighs, nice round firm behind, and generous boobs to boot. At 5’2 I would say that I would be considered attractive by many but I’ve never dated or even had a boyfriend. I like to keep to myself and avoid the drama so even with my physical appearance not too many people take the time to approach and get to know me. I pull myself out of my haze of thoughts and pull my hair into a large messy bun before rushing into my closet and throwing on my favorite yellow maxi dress and brown gladiator sandals. Because of my short stature I have to tie a knot in the front of the dress to keep from tripping over it but I still love it. I stop in front of my vanity and apply a bit of mascara and some lip gloss before I grab my things and head down stairs of the pack house. On the way down I take a look at my phone and see that I have enough time for a quick breakfast before I have to leave. I do an air fist bump before I round the corner into the kitchen. I love food and am not ashamed to say it. I say my good mornings as I pass a few members of the pack already having their breakfast at the large island and look over to see more in the dining room. I give them a wave before I open the fridge, stick my head in, and start unconsciously doing my happy food dance. “Oh what deliciousness do you hold dear fridge?” I say while scanning the shelves. My brother Aaron enters the kitchen, sees me, and being the brat he is he slowly walks up behind me and yells “boo!” so loud that I let out an ear piercing shriek, bang my head on the inside of the fridge, and almost choke on my heart that has leapt into my throat. I immediately regain a bit of my composure (which is hard to do with about 20 wolves trying to hide their amused faces) and while he’s doubled over laughing I spin around and land a right hook on his rib cage, quickly putting a stop to his laughter. Once he straightens up he yells “Alaia, what the fuck?!” “Oh, don’t play innocent with me you ass. My eyes are still crossed from the impact of my head hitting the top of the fridge!” “Aww, I’m sorry little sis”, he says while giggling and petting the top of my head like I’m a puppy. As I slap his hand away I tell him “You’re a whole 6 minutes older than me, big deal. And stop petting me unless you want a bruise on the other your other side too.” As twins, Aaron and I can fight like cats and dogs one minute then be the best of friends the next. I love my brother more than anything and I know he feels the same about me. While rubbing his side Aaron tells me “That right hook has gotten better. I see you’ve been paying attention in combat training...finally”. It’s true that I used to hate combat training. It always seemed more like a punishment than anything else. As the daughter of the alpha of the Opal Moon pack, it was ingrained on me early on that Aaron would take over the position from our dad one day and once I found my mate I would bear

As I slap his hand away I tell him “You’re a whole 6 minutes older than me, big deal. And stop petting me unless you want a bruise on the other your other side too.” As twins, Aaron and I can fight like cats and dogs one minute then be the best of friends the next. Once he straightens up he yells “Alaia, what the joke?!” “Oh, don’t play innocent with me you ass. As the daughter of the alpha of the Opal Moon pack, it was ingrained on me early on that Aaron would take over the position from our dad one day and once

Once he straightens up he yells “Alaia, what the f_u_ck?!” “Oh, don’t play innocent with me you ass. As the daughter of the alpha of the Opal Moon pack, it was ingrained on me early on that Aaron would take over the position from our dad one day and on
