Let’s continue from where we stopped☺️ And again its very important for me to say that this is my personal experience- we all have different bodies, different metabolic systems- so it doesn’t mean that what works for me will work for you or vice versa. In part 1️⃣ we stopped where I was telling about the year I experienced vegan diet. I really tried to eat well and get my protein and iron supply from plants but I just went weaker and weaker I decided to consult a naturopath and he recommended me to start taking lots of food supplements Among them: Mallow Chlorella Colloidal silver water Niacinamide Coenzyme Q10 Vitamin B12 Vitamin D Vitamin B17 Iodine And more☺️ So... I continued with my vegan diet incorporating a huge amount of food supplements and super foods like flaxseeds, chia seeds, greens, sprouts. My daily routine is really intense I practice around 3 hours in the morning (Ashtanga) then I take ballet class (1.5 hours) Then I teach around 5 hours In addition to that I started training with Ido Portal Method - Israel + incorporating extra one hour of handstand practice to my daily routine so it was now 4 hours of daily morning practice. So basically I’m up from 5am till 9pm no stop. My diet was not enough. At that point I decided to consult a clinic nutritionist, specialized with Professional athletes.
