I used to be afraid to leave the house. My anxiety had gotten so bad, that even a trip to the mailbox, half a block away, would elicit a full panic attack. My heart would race, I would feel like I couldn’t breathe, I would have hot flashes, break out in a sweat and start shaking. If I left the house, I would feel like I was dying. And when I stayed in the house, I felt like I was in prison. I read all the books, took the courses, went to 7 different Dr’s, tried the special supplements, the breathing techniques, the counselling and experienced little or no relief. I even changed careers and studied and then practiced nutrition. It was a piece of the puzzle, but something was still missing. Finally, after over 10 years of searching, I found relief.
