Dreame
A moan escaped my lips, my hands clutching the sheets around me viciously. His tongue swerving around my wet core felt so good, I felt like I was about to climax if he continued. Having a feeling that I was about to have an orgasm, he lifted his head and glared at me. "I haven't even started the good part yet so you better not come," he ordered. He gave me a seductive smile before returning to my moist core calling for him. He replied fiercely, causing me to bite my bottom lip to stop from coming. He'd surely get mad at me if I came early, Chelsea never came early... He trailed kisses up my stomach, fingering my core so it wouldn't get lonely from his touch. He kissed my breast, savoring the taste, nibbling on it. I ran my hand through his dark hair that mimicked Alec's, thinking about him touching me, kissing me. Alec was the guy I loved, the guy I wanted to be with right now, but he didn't want me. He only wanted to be friends. So Ryan here, Ryswick High's bad boy, proposed that we become sex friend to satisfy our unrequited love. It seems he has the hots for Chelsea Baker, once head cheerleader before moving to an all-girl catholic school in Montana. As for I, Emma Thorne, my crush, Alec, is still here as my best friend who has a girlfriend he adores which brings us back to... "AHHH!" I gasped, feeling his manhood suddenly thrust into me. It took me by surprise which pleased him tremendously, his hips moving more brutally in me. He leaned down, his breath over my lips hesitantly before pulling away, probably remembering the deal. No kissing on the lips. Kissing meant that we had feelings for one another and the guy that was making my body jolt with pleasure was the man I've hated since the first day of elementary school. Instead, he kissed my neck, moving his hips harder at the displeasure of me not being Chelsea who he wanted to kiss. I wanted Alec inside me, closing my eyes imagining it was him kissing my shoulder and pulling me up on him. "Oh, God, Chelsea," he moaned. I had become used to being called Chelsea by him. Actually I've become indifferent to the name. I just thought of Alec, pushing him on his back, grinding on top of him. I could hear his voice in my head and picture his face on Ryan's body, grinding harder onto his manhood. "Oh, Emma, you're so incredible," Alec would say, giving me one of his sexy smiles I loved. "I love you so much, Emma." I blinked my eyes, inches from Ryan's face before I realized I wasn't with Alec and pulled away. This was the down side of our "relationship," at the end of the day, Ryan still wasn't Alec and I wasn't Chelsea. We both reached our climax together and I quickly got off of him, knowing I'd feel dirty after. But he wouldn't let me go, grabbing my arms roughly which I winced at. "I want to do it again," he whispered in my ear through his teeth. "I have to go...pick my brother up from afterschool—" "Bull, it's Tuesday, you're mom picks him up on Tuesdays." Damn his memory, it was as good as mine which only made me hate him more. Before I knew it, he was picking me up and throwing me back on the bed, his hands twisting my wrists a bit. "Ouch, that hurts," I whined, hiding my sadistic pleasure of the pain. "It's been three months since we started this, you should have gotten used to it already." Actually, I have gotten used to it, I thought bitterly. I turned away from him, a little frustrated that he had made me into a masochist within these three months. I would have never condoned such roughness he was inflicting on me. Hell, I'd still be a virgin if it wasn't for him. I could soon feel his hot breath against my ear, sending a pleasing shudder down my naked body. "One more time, Emma," he whispered. I felt my heart tighten at the sound of my name leaving his tongue. I bit my bottom lip, knowing I'd regret another session of reminiscing how I was having sex with my mortal enemy instead of with the man I love. I nodded and immediately he nibbled on my neck, causing a moan to leave my mouth. He knew the exact spots that made me want more. He laced his fingers through min

Natural products for pain and skin irritation – Grace-Field Farmacy
News Alert! Monounsaturated fats found in olive oil, nuts and avocados help lower LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, hypertension and reduce inflammation in autoimmune diseases! Good fats found in olive oil, nuts, avocados and whole milk, help reduce inflammation, lower LDL cholesterol and protect against heart disease & breast cancer, while bad fats, particularly trans fat can contribute to chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis & Alzheimer’s and lung problem. Trans fat is a man-made type of fat intended to prolong the shelf life of processed foods. This type of fat is found in foods such as margarine and shortening, as well as in french fries, chips, cookies and packaged snack foods with ingredients labelled as hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil. According to Harvard Health, eating foods rich in trans fat increases the amount of harmful LDL cholesterol in the bloodstream and reduces the amount of beneficial HDL cholesterol. Trans fat creates inflammation, which is linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. They contribute to insulin resistance, which increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Even small amounts of trans fats can harm health: for every 2% of calories from trans fat consumed daily, the risk of heart disease rises by 23%. Trans fat is made by adding hydrogen to unsaturated oil so that they’ll stay solid at room temperature. Add one more step in the manufacturing process, trans fat would become plastic already! On the other hand, Monounsaturated Fatty Acids or MUFAs have gained a reputation as being one of the “good fats”. MUFAs are found in foods like olive oil, avocados, peanut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, etc. Studies show that replacing trans fats with unsaturated fats like MUFA reduced the risk of breast cancer and inflammation-related diseases. Eating more good fats and less bad fats helps avoid depression, Alzheimer’s and other inflammatory brain diseases as well. Nowadays, good fats such as olive oil or avocados may not be readily available in groceries and restaurants. Good thing, there is Oleia Softgel, a MUFA dietary supplement. Oleia Softgel contains monounsaturated fats from olive oil, moringa seed oil and cetyl myristoleate. Oleia Softgel MUFA Supplement is recommended as adjunct therapy/help for autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions, like: ✔️Rheumatoid arthritis ✔️Psoriasis ✔️Inflammatory Bowel Disease ✔️High blood pressure, triglycerides ✔️Pancreatitis ✔️BPH ✔️Depression ✔️Alzheimer's disease ✔️COPD, acute lung injury ✔️Chronic kidney disease "I recommend Oleia Softgels as anti-inflammatory/pain reliever to my patients who have breast problem before & after surgery. I also recommend it for patients with muscle spasm & sports injury”.-Dr. Fortunata Manigos-Bacalla “I recommend Oleia Softgels to my patients who have hypertension, heart problem, arthritis and other types of pain, which are all linked to inflammation" -Dr. Pantaleon Amadora "I prescribe Oleia Softgel as anti-inflammatory dietary supplement to my patients with various types of pain and those with high blood pressure" - Dr. Ruel Cheng I prescribe Oleia Softgel 500mg to my patients because it helps provide anti-inflammatory fats in the major neurotransmitters of the brain. Deficiency of good fats in the brain causes swelling of neurons that lead to mental illness like depression, aneurysm, Alzheimer’s disease and schizophrenia. Mental illness may be caused by reaction to environmental stresses, genetic factors, poor food choices or a combination of these. It is very crucial that we provide proper attention to our brain by eating healthy foods especially good fats, by exercising regularly and taking Oleia Softgels daily” -Dra. Myrna Cuerdo If you are regularly eating processed meats, chips, french fries and other trans fats, take 1 to 2 Oleia softgels a day. You will balance out your inflammatory diet, avoid hypertension and stop the build up of inflammation in your body. Work more, Play more, MUFA more! Learn more

I want to share with you an example of how Alfa-thermodiagnostics has played an essential role in the discovery of disease, and the treatment plans for my patients. I reviewed a thermodiagnostic report that I ordered for my patient – let’s call her Pat. On Pat's report, we were able to see dysbiosis in her intestines (the accumulation of bad bacteria and fungus), lymphatic congestion, a small cyst in her left breast, and inhibited hepatic detoxification capability. Pat was 34 years old, had been on oral contraceptives for 16 years, originally for cramps, and hadn’t paid a great deal of attention to her diet up to the point of visiting with me. With this new information we received from Pat’s thermodiagnostic reading, we decided to begin her treatment with a thorough detoxification and tissue cleansing program. I sent her for a breast ultrasound, where the cystic tumor was again identified. Pat very much wanted to have another baby and she was motivated and committed to healing her body without invasive treatment or surgery. She opted to do a naturopathic protocol under my care, including hormonal balancing, liver, lymphatic and colon cleansing, nutrition and physical medicine. We followed up with another thermodiagnostic scan in six months, as well as a follow- up ultra sound. The results of both reports demonstrated that the tumor had shrunk to barely detectable size and the pain had completely subsided. Pat became pregnant one year later and nursed her baby to a healthy size. Pat continues to follow a modified nutrition and natural remedy protocol, as it enabled her to have a healthy pregnancy and baby, plus she feels better than she did at 34 when she first visited with me. Pat has since had a mammogram, which was also clear of any suspicion. IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION • Do not use ANNOVERA if you smoke cigarettes and are over 35 years old. Smoking increases your risk of serious heart and blood vessel (cardiovascular) side effects from hormonal birth control methods, including death from heart attack, blood clots, or stroke. This risk increases with age and the number of cigarettes you smoke. • ANNOVERA does not protect against HIV infection (AIDS) and other sexually transmitted infections. • The use of a combination hormonal contraceptive (CHC), like ANNOVERA, is associated with increased risks of several serious side effects, including blood clots, stroke, or heart attack. Do not use ANNOVERA if you have a history of these conditions, have reduced blood flow to your brain (cerebrovascular disease) or reduced blood flow or blockage in any of the arteries that supply blood to your heart (cardiovascular disease), or any condition that makes your blood more likely to clot. The risk of blood clots is highest when you first start using CHCs and when you restart the same or different CHC after not using it for 4 weeks or more. • ANNOVERA is also not for women with high blood pressure that medicine can’t control or high blood pressure with blood vessel damage; diabetes and over 35 years old, diabetes with high blood pressure or kidney, eye, nerve, or blood vessel damage, diabetes for longer than 20 years; certain kinds of severe migraine headaches; liver disease or liver tumors; breast cancer or any cancer that is sensitive to the female hormones estrogen or progesterone; unexplained vaginal bleeding; are allergic to segesterone acetate, ethinyl estradiol or any other ingredients in ANNOVERA; or take any Hepatitis C drug combination containing ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir, with or without dasabuvir, as this may increase levels of the liver enzyme “alanine aminotransferase” (ALT) in the blood. • ANNOVERA can cause serious side effects, including: blood clots; toxic shock syndrome (TSS); liver problems, including liver tumors; high blood pressure; gallbladder problems; changes in the sugar and fat (cholesterol and triglycerides) levels in your blood; headache; irregular or unusual vaginal bleeding and spotting between your menstrual periods; depression; possible cancer in your cervix; swelling of your skin especially around your mouth, eyes, and in your throat (angioedema); dark patches of skin on your forehead, cheeks, upper lip, and chin (chloasma). Call your healthcare provider or get emergency medical care right away if any of these serious side effects occur. • The most common side effects reported in at least 5% of women who received ANNOVERA were: headache/migraine, nausea/vomiting, vaginal yeast infection (candidiasis), lower/upper abdominal pain, painful periods, vaginal discharge, urinary tract infection, breast pain/tenderness, irregular vaginal bleeding, diarrhea, and genital itching. I walked in the bathroom and locked the door. I took my clothes off and got in the shower then turned the water on, not daring to look at my hideous body. It's like god took all of everyone's flaws and gave them to me. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Cry! You worthless!" He screamed, slashing me on the back with the whip. I stayed silent, feeling my back go numb from the hits. He dropped the whip after realizing it wasn't working and grabbed my hair, yanking me up. I felt fears slide down my cheeks as he gripped my hair tightly, shaking my head around which is giving me a headache. "You better go get washed and get some rest, you don't want anyone at school to know because if anyone finds out, or even gets suspicious, we're moving! Got it sweetie?" My dad asked sickly sweet. My only response was to spit in his eyes. He hollered out and wiped his eyes, giving me a look that could kill. He back handed me. "Go get washed up! Now!" With that he dropped me and walked away, leaving the basement and probably going to get some beer. I laid on the ground feeling my forehead throb with pain as blood gushed out of it. Why me? Why can't I have a normal life? I slowly stood while using the wall to keep me up, I walked over to the stairs and went up them. I reached the top and opened the door, stepping out of the basement, I shut the door and tip toed to the bathroom. I walked in the bathroom and locked the door. I took my clothes off and got in the shower then turned the water on, not daring to look at my hideous body. It's like god took all of everyone's flaws and gave them to me. I'm so not ready for the weekend to be over but then again, I'm glad to be getting away from my dad for 8 hours. I grabbed the soap and washed my hair, body, and my face. I didn't wash my back, I only let the water rinse it. I rinsed the soap and turned the water off, getting out and drying myself. I wrapped the towel around me and unlocked the bathroom door, running to my room and locking the door also. Relieved I made it out alive, I went to my half broken dresser and grabbed a t-shirt, underwear, and some shorts. I let the towel drop to the floor and put my clothes on, see I usually don't wear my bra to bed because it's bad for your breast. At least I care about my body I just can't do anything to take care of it except for the small things like this. I stood in front of my mirror that has a crack going down the middle and grimaced, hating my looks. I have silver eyes that look bland and dead, I hate them. I have scars and bruises all along my face, I hate them. My lips are always chapped because I have no chapstick, I hate it. I have long wavy blue hair that's extremely knotted, I hate it. I don't have a brush either. I mean who on this planet has natural blue hair? Nobody, I'm an outcast... I hate having blue hair because I'm always bullied for it. The only good thing about me are my teeth, they're perfectly straight and white. The worst part is that there are new kids coming in tomorrow and now I'm gonna have more bullies unless the new kids are abused too, even the nerds are more popular than me. I'm like the school’s ghost... I don't talk, I don't have any friends, and I'm always being harassed by the popular, sometimes even the dorks. Reaching for the band aids I keep on my dresser, I took one of the bigger ones and put it on the big gash on my forehead. Luckily I have makeup to cover the bruises and scars, the foundation is the same color as the band aids so you can't tell I have a band aid on. Now it's time for me to get only 4 hours of sleep and get ready for school. I walked over to my mattress and plopped down on it, falling into a dreamless sleep. Beep I turned the alarm off and hopped up, going to my dresser, I grabbed my baggy shirt, bra, and my baggy jeans. I threw the clothes on and was satisfied with it, I'm not the type to show off my curse of a body unlike some people who wear so tight clothes that it's like another skin. "Cry! You worthless!" He screamed, slashing me on the back with the whip. I stayed silent, feeling my back go numb from the hits. He dropped the whip realizing it wasn't working and grabbed my hair, yanking me up. With today’s busy lifestyle, good fats such as olive oil or avocados may not be readily available in fast foods and regular restaurants. Good thing, there is Oleia Softgel, a MUFA dietary supplement. Oleia Softgel contains monounsaturated fats from olive oil, moringa seed oil and cetyl myristoleate. Oleia Softgel MUFA Supplement is recommended as adjunct therapy/help for autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions, like: ✔️Rheumatoid arthritis ✔️Psoriasis ✔️Inflammatory Bowel Disease ✔️Dermatitis ✔️Pancreatitis ✔️BPH ✔️Depression ✔️Alzheimer's disease ✔️COPD, acute lung injury ✔️Chronic kidney disease "I recommend Oleia Softgels as anti-inflammatory/pain reliever to my patients who have breast problem before & after surgery. They might as well be naked. Not that I wanna see that but still. I threw on my sneakers and sweatshirt, pulling the hood over my face, and some foundation then I was off to hell- I mean school. When I arrived at school everything was actually pretty good. Nobody was even around. I literally ran to my locker before the halls were crow
Dreame
"Cry! You worthless 。!" He screamed, slashing me on the back with the whip. I stayed silent, feeling my back go numb from the hits. He dropped the whip after realizing it wasn't working and grabbed my hair, yanking me up. I felt tears slide down my cheeks as he gripped my hair tightly, shaking my head around which is giving me a headache. "You 。ing 。." He said, back handing me. I'm like the schools ghost... I don't talk, I don't have any friends, and I'm always being harassed by the popular, sometimes even the dorks. BEEP BEEP BEEP B- I turned the alarm off and hopped up, going to my dresser, I grabbed my baggy shirt, bra, and my baggy jeans.
