CCF: what was your training experience before joining us Online?\nJ: I have had waves of fitness over my life, but I was excessively unfit when I joined. The night I sent the email to join, I was literally making my way through a 2 litre tub of icecream while binge watching Netflix.\n#\n2. CCF: What was your goal with joining us?\nJ: My goal was just to feel strong. My loooooong term goal is to be able to casually do a pull-up as if it's no big deal, my shorter term goal now is to be able to do a proper push-up.\n#\n3. CCF: How did you find the Online Training experience?\nJ: To be honest, I was extremely relieved when it was all online when we started because I was so insecure about how unfit I was, but being in the box now, I realise there was NOTHING to be nervous about.\n#\n4. Exercise 1: Standing Pigeon (knee tracking/alignment) Tense thigh muscles for 10 seconds. Rest 3 secs. Repeat 3X Exercise 2: Towel Squeezes (knee strength) Sit in a chair. Place a rolled towel between knees. Squeeze against the towel for 10 seconds. Rest for 3 seconds. Repeat 3X Exercise 3: 3 Part Massage Technique (knee inflammation) Straighten the leg. Take a firm object and massage down the middle part of the thigh. Do this 3X. Next massage down thigh 2 inches over. Do this 3X. Lastly, massage down IT band (outermost part) 3X. Here is a killer bodyweight workout you can do to build an incredible upper body and core!⁣ ⁣ The first two exercises are very challenging movements.
