If I'd known what I was walking into that day I would've skipped school. Changed states. Taken on a new identity- hell, I would've done plastic surgery if necessary. Anything to avoid the most humiliating day of my life. But of course I couldn't predict the future and so I'd ignorantly gone to school like any other miserable student. Worst mistake ever. I made my way through streaming bodies, head lowered, attempting to appear as small and invisible as possible. The bell had rung and most people were rushing to class, only a few lingered at their lockers. No doubt planning on ditching class or maybe just basking in a few more minutes of freedom. I didn't have that privilege, I was more preoccupied with getting out of the hallway. Fast. The place was a battleground when you were at the bottom of the food chain. And right on cue, a shove from an invisible passerby- one obviously too rough to be accidental- sent me propelling forwards. I gasped, palms raised reflexively. It was useless though, I was going to crash and some poor old sap in front of me would be collateral damage. I winced. My palms did come into contact with a body. But I didn't fall. My fingers curled over the firm wall of muscle, the layer of fabric beneath it cotton and unable to hide an erratic heart beat that mirrored mine. A jolt of electricity zapped through my palm, up my arms and all the way down to the tips of my toes. Shakily, I breathed in. Although we were in a crowded space and my werewolf senses have never been that strong, his scent was overwhelming. Pine, grass, a hint of cologne. He smelled like the woods, I thought, even though he didn't look like he'd been anywhere near them. He wore black khakis, a clean white T-shirt and sneakers. My eyes went higher, past a clean shaven jaw, crooked nose and finally stopping on a pair of icy orbs. They were narrowed, and they also belonged to Kane Wilder. The alpha's son who I'd only ever seen from afar. Who had gone to his uncle's for the summer and was supposed to be back today. It was all everyone in school was gossiping about after all. I shifted my gaze momentarily. The few people left in the hall were all staring. The rabbit had literally fallen into the wolf's arms. I guess they were wondering if he was going to take a bite out of me or something. I couldn't find it in myself to care. But when Kane let go of me, expression blank, I felt my face heat up. Thank the stars my skin was dark enough you couldn't see the flush or I'd be a walking tomato most of the time. I had been openly gawking at him after he helped me. He must think I'm some sort of clumsy creep. Biting my lip, I searched through my scrambled thoughts for a reasonable apology. "Mine," I blurted out. What did I just say? He raised a brow, and I flushed further at my bold words, snatching my hands away from his chest. He caught one before I could back away. "Yours?" He asked. It didn't sound entirely like a question. He must've figured that out as well, because it was becoming clearer and clearer with each passing second. What we were. Two halves of a whole, a soul for a soul, both intertwined by a fate outside anyone's comprehension. Mates. He raised his other hand, buried it through my shoulder length braids, pulling at it softly. "Kneel." I blinked. 3 reasons why women with postmenopausal osteoporosis at high risk for fracture choose Prolia®. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: DO NOT TAKE PROLIA® IF YOU: have low blood calcium; or are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, as Prolia® may harm your unborn baby; or are allergic to denosumab or any ingredients in Prolia®. WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT PROLIA®? If you receive Prolia®, you should not receive XGEVA®. Prolia® contains the same medicine as XGEVA® (denosumab). PROLIA® CAN CAUSE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS: SERIOUS ALLERGIC REACTIONS have happened in people who take Prolia®. Call your doctor or go to your nearest emergency room right away if you have any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including low blood pressure (hypotension); trouble breathing; throat tightness; swelling of your face, lips, or tongue; rash; itching; or hives. LOW BLOOD CALCIUM (HYPOCALCEMIA). Prolia® may lower the calcium levels in your blood. If you have low blood calcium, it may get worse during treatment. Symptoms of a fracture include new or unusual pain in your hip, groin, or thigh. INCREASED RISK OF BROKEN BONES, INCLUDING BROKEN BONES IN THE SPINE, AFTER STOPPING, SKIPPING OR DELAYING PROLIA®. Talk with your doctor before starting Prolia® treatment. After your treatment with Prolia® is stopped, or if you skip or delay taking a dose, your risk for breaking bones, including bones in your spine, is increased. Your risk for having more than 1 broken bone in your spine is increased if you have already had a broken bone in your spine. Do not stop, skip or delay taking Prolia® without first talking with your doctor. If your Prolia® treatment is stopped, talk to your doctor about other medicine that you can take. SERIOUS INFECTIONS in your skin, lower stomach area (abdomen), bladder, or ear may happen. Inflammation of the inner lining of the heart (endocarditis) due to an infection may also happen more often in people who take Prolia®. You may need to go to the hospital for treatment. Prolia® is a medicine that may affect the ability of your body to fight infections. People who have weakened immune systems or take medicines that affect the immune system may have an increased risk for developing serious infections. SKIN PROBLEMS such as inflammation of your skin (dermatitis), rash, and eczema have been reported. BONE, JOINT, OR MUSCLE PAIN. Ignoring the moans coming from inside the room, I turned the door knob and barged inside. "Does nobody respect privacy in this goddamned building?" The forty something bald man lying underneath Nikita groaned in anger. "Bit, it's time to leave, Pablo's here." I ignored his annoyance and referred to the teenager sitting on top of his manhood. "What?!" Nikita exclaimed, her eyes popping wide as she hopped off of him. "What is going on?" The old man propped himself to a sitting position with his elbow. I impatiently tapped my foot on the floor as I waited for her to hurry up. She picked her underwear and clothing lying on the floor in such rushed motion. "Hurry up!" I commanded, growing impatient. Not bothering to put her clothes on, we both dashed out of the room, leaving the poor guy with a dropped jaw, and in a state of confusion. A few heads turned in our direction as Nikita struggled to put her mini skirt on while trying to run as fast as she could at the same time. Successfully doing that, she put her sleeveless crop top on and when she felt she was done, we increased our pace. "Double up, double up!" I yelled on the top of my voice. "I'm trying!" She groaned. It seemed like forever, but we made our way out of the small abandoned building, now by laymen, converted into a store. I hopped on my bike and she did the same. I started the bike while she grabbed the helmets and placed one on my head and the other on hers. With that, I zoomed off on full speed, making sure we were completely out of sight. * Nikita and I could not control our laughter. I held my tummy while she held my shoulder to support herself from falling. "Gosh, we could have been dead meat." I informed her. "I know right, that was epic! You should have seen Horton's face." Nikita said, managing to capture her soul. "Who is Horton?" I furrowed my eyebrows. "The old fool I was riding." She rolled her eyes, letting go of me, now healed from the laughing spree. "Oh yeah, him. Did you get your full pay though?" I could not help but ask. "Yep. I picked his wallet up while we made a run for it." She smirked, clearly proud of herself for the new act. "Bad girl ." I nudged her shoulder. She searched her little hand bag for what I assumed was the wallet and scrunched her face in pessimism. "What?" I inquired. "I must have left my panties in there." She scoffed. "Well you do have his wallet, ingrate." I rolled my eyes, slapping her back playfully. "Yeah but those were my favourite pair. I swear I'll get them back." She pointed and brought out the wallet to scrutinize its content. "Let's see here..." She pulled out some cash and counted them interestingly. "Six hundred bucks." She announced. "Nice, what else is in there?" I wondered. She squeezed her face as she brought out what was a picture. "Eww, a photo of his family." "Poor them." I commented. I had parked my bike in front of my grandmother's antique store and we were currently making our way to the next street to see Flash. He was the one who completed our trio. "I know right." She nodded in agreement. "So about Pablo, what do we do? I mean, we can't exactly run forever." I pointed out as we continued walking. Pablo was a middle-class, middle-aged man who'd fallen victim of our tricks. We had met him two months ago in a store and Nikita had pretended to be blind. We told him we needed a few amount for her surgery and for some reason, he'd fallen prey of our words and had believed us. Pablo had supposedly donated ten thousand dollars to us after we promised him 'our billionaire father's would pay him double once he returned from London. "I know, we can't." Nikita grumbled, "and the most annoying part is the fact that we couldn't even put the money to proper use." She deepened her frown. "Don't say that." I slapped her shoulder. "Flash is proper use." Flash was that friend of ours we defined as insecure. I thought he looked perfect just the way he was but he felt surgical enhancement was best for him and as good friends, we were in full support. He said he wanted a g

"Every day my son comes home from school telling me that the other kids made fun of him again. My heart breaks!" This is my little son, Emanuel. He is 5 years old now. A sweet and loved boy, who was born premature. We wrapped him with love from the moment he was born. But the doctors diagnosed him with a rare disease that causes multiple and deficient bones in the body. At this point you are all probably starting to imagine what it actually means. I will lay it out very simply - my child lacks a major jaw bone. He lacks an ear. In other places he has things growing that are not supposed to grow. Every day, this sweet boy, who is nothing but sweetness and tenderness, comes home with tears in his eyes. Pale with being humiliated. "Mommy, they make fun of me. No one wants to play with me. " On this surgery the doctors will implant Emanuel a new ear ... There is nothing more painful to a mother than to see her child in pain, feeling humiliated and rejected. My child needs surgery. As time goes on and he grows up without this treatment, his condition gets worse. Because of the bones he's lacking it's difficult for him to breathe and he may even die. In Boston there's a place that does this special surgery for this rare condition, but we can't afford it ... On this surgery the doctors will implant Emanuel a new ear. I ask for your help, not for me but for my sweet little boy, who lives in agony every day. I ask that you support him and give him this surgery, so that at least he won't lose his life. Kibo
What is #GoDoMore? Earlier this year, a team of 5 Spanish riders (Kibo Motorcycle Expedition) traversed Eastern Uganda and Turkana, riding more than 1,500km from Kisumu to Lodwar to raise funds to support missions for 'Cirugía en Turkana' and the Saint Paul Spanish Mission. To support this initiative, we donated 3 Kibo K250s to help tackle the vast savannah, ranges, rivers and sand dunes the riders overcame on this journey. Cirugía en Turkana is a surgical project, with the main goal of giving medical assistance to the population of Turkana. Every year they carry out a healthcare campaign in Lodwar County Referal Hospital, providing free facial, mouth, and jaw surgery along with treatment for bones, joints and muscle related illnesses. You can read more about it below; http://www.cirugiaenturkana.com/ #GoDoMore #KiboMotorcycle #OffroadMotorcyle #Turkana #StaySafe

Understand The Basics Of Philippine Stock Market: For Beginners Alam mo ba yung feeling na nangangamote ka as in nga-nga sa isang bagay tulad nito. Last week, pinapalitan ko ang door ng aking bahay dahil ina-anay. Sa sobrang pagkaanay, sa isang suntok lang, magigiba na ito…yay! So, no choice. From a wooden door, pinapalitan ko ng steel door. Believe it or not, inabot sila ng isang araw, yes, as in ONE DAY. Ganyan din ako noon, when I was a newbie in the stock market. Hindi lang ako natakot at nag-alinlangan because I cannot understand the language I read and hear from articles and videos about stocks. Nangamote rin ako. As in ang daming trials and errors, wasted time and resources. It took me a long time to learn the proper ways of dealing with stocks especially how to choose the good stocks, the proper mindset to practice when buying, holding, selling stocks. Dati, jaw drop na lng ako habang binabasa at pinapanood ang tungkol sa stocks dahil wala man lang akong mapagtanungan noon and mahirap maghanap ng simplified explanation on how stock market works. If I only knew how stocks work earlier naiwasan ko sana ang tsambanalysis at balitanalysis and I should have lessened my mistakes. But I am very grateful that God blessed me with patience and perseverance to learn, and resources to use to educate myself further until I was able to do it independently with conviction. Then, when I started to understand the language used in the stock market and began to be more aware of it, hindi na puro pa-tsam ang pagpili ko ng stocks na bibilhin. My mistakes were lessened, and I became more confident and least anxious. It is true na Knowledge Is A Potential Power. If you know how to do things properly, you are at peace, makakarelax yung feeling mo, makakatulog ka pa ng mahimbing, and most importantly you are empowered. That’s why I always believe that education and awareness are very important because If you know how to do things properly, hindi ka magiging puro sablay. Kaya if you are you overwhelmed by the Stock Market and fascinated how others successfully do it, allow me to help you to start as well with this free step by step Guide eBook that will briefly and clearly show you the skills, mindset, and the procedure on how you can also begin.
