The Home Of Content Promotion
Pssst... Want to find out my #1 content marketing method for 2020 that's *almost* totally free? #1: Choose an article that you have, that you know converts #2: Take that zoom setup that we all have nowadays. Keep the wine in the coffee mug and just iron the top half of your shirt. #4: Then go ahead and pitch podcasts to talk about the article topic. #5: They say yes, you record the show and a great time is had by all. Better still, you get traffic + backlinks to that high converting article (meaning sales + ongoing google rankings) #6: Rinse + repeat. Sure there's a few minor details, but I break it all down in our latest blog post. Seriously, this is my favourite method for promoting content, and that was before we all had home audio setups built. For Example: I recently wrote a huge guide that I wanted to promote, for our brand new website. The site was new, and noone had heard of us. But with some research and a good pitch, we got on 60+ shows in 90 days. This took us from a DA zero website, to DA40+ in 3 months. Soon we were getting client requests from Fortune 5000 businesses. (Crazy eh) Not only that? But our pitches had over a 60% success rate for us getting on each show... it sounds complex but its all very easy. We break it all down in our new guide. -Read it -Pitch shows -Let me know how it works out for you :D https://bit.ly/HowToGetOnPodcasts

“I was probably conceived in alcohol and nicotine, and my childhood was totally immersed in a drinking culture, daily after work, and for every social occasion. I was allowed to drink wine and water mixed with dinner from around the age of 10, and started drinking for myself, stealing alcohol from my parents from about the age of 12. I drank daily throughout my adult life, never thinking it was a problem. I was proud of my reputation to be the “last person standing” at parties and being the “life of the party”. Most of my closest friendships were suffused with drinking, getting hammered together. I put myself in some very risky situations as a teenager and as an adult because of drinking. I never analysed my drinking until my three children were 12 and 7 and 5. By that time, I was depressed, stressed, with daily tension headaches, and drinking a bottle of wine every night, and more on the weekends. I recognised it was a problem that I couldn’t control and signed up for treatment at the community alcohol and drugs programme in my local health authority. I had 1:1 counselling for several months, that focussed on my adverse childhood experiences, and I managed around three months of sobriety, “white knuckling it” all the way. The models of addiction I learned then were unhelpful and felt as if I was doomed to repeat the cycle of addiction, sobriety and relapse over and over again. Slowly over the next two years my drinking increased, though never to the level it was then. Fast forward the last year or so, I began to work on a chronic pain issue I had been struggling with for many years. Through a helpful online programme, I discovered I had “TMS”, chronic pain as an expression of psychological pain. The physical pain is real, but the cause is emotional. Through this programme, I discovered mindfulness and began to work on becoming healthier. I changed my diet, and lost some weight, but kept on drinking. Over Christmas 2019, we had a lot of social events, and I got sick and tired of feeling hungover. I understood by then that poor sleep didn’t help my pain and was beginning to realise that even a single glass of wine could affect my sleep. My husband and I agreed we would “cut down” in January, and not drink during the working week, and we failed within the first 7 days. I was also in a stuck place, unable to reduce my pain medications further, and unable to lose more weight. So, I boldly signed up for the 90-Day Challenge at One Year No Beer. I expected One Year No Beer to be hard; very hard. I steeled myself for 90 days of iron willpower and grim determination. I was massively surprised! The sprints, the daily videos and journaling, were inspiring and so helpful, and the community very supportive. I expected to have some tough days, but the daily reminders of why, and concentrating on the benefits far outweighed the need for willpower! I had an enormous breakthrough of understanding, that booze was the one thing that perpetuated my struggles with pain, anxiety and depression. For 40 plus years I had used booze to medicate emotional pain, to “numb out”. One Year No Beer taught me the vital lesson that today’s drink was tomorrow's anxiety and exhaustion, which led to tomorrow's drink. So obvious! Yet I had never understood it. One of the most amazing things was my immediate change in my body shape, and lessened chronic pain. I was already meditating most days, but during my 90-Day Challenge I found that a meditation would give me the same feelings of calm that I expected from a glass of wine. I was initially afraid of socialising without alcohol. But One Year No Beer gave me all the strategies I needed, and I prepared my friends, and took along my AF sparkling wine, and found myself getting loud and giggly along with the rest of my friends, just as if I was drinking myself! I started my challenge at the end of January 2020, when news was coming out about COVID-19 in China. By day 50, on my daughter’s birthday, I wrote “COVID-19 took over my life”. I journaled twice in the next week, and then stopped jou

On both sides of the long flyover, the lights flashed. Above the bridge, pedestrians were in a hurry except for a woman with a long shawl with a good figure stood against the railings, several wine bottles were scattered at her feet. But no one stopped to care about her. The raindrops made her clothes wet, stuck to her body, cold as ice. Automatically in her head recalled the words she heard in the afternoon: "I'm sorry, Jennifer, I have no choice, after my position is stable, I will divorce Sandra, please believe me!" Er, divorce. "You liar, Jason, why don't you you go to hell?" the wine bottle went mad as she threw them off the flyover. Ignoring the brake sound and cursing underneath, facing the drizzle, Jennifer half climbed and rolled down the overpass, crossing the road. "Squeak--" The car brake broke a splash. Jennifer's body was dropped high like a rag, and fell down again. "Sir, we hit someone." The black Rolls-Royce was forced to stop halfway, and the dull voice of the man came from the bright back seat: "There's no time, bring in!" "Yes, Sir!" Black, dark, and painful. She knew she was hit by a car, but she didn't even have the strength to raise her eyelids. The hoarse, low-pitched male voice sounded: "Ugly girl." Why do you still look at? The noble car stopped so casually on the side of the road, on the left of the car, a small silver skeleton flashed with a strange cold light. A tall black figure stood silently beside the car like a sculpture, waiting quietly. The rain stopped slowly, and the wet road was refracted by the blurred lights. Two hours later, the window lowered slightly, a faint smell dissipated in the wind, and the man's low and tired voice came: "Shadow, let's go." "Yes, Sir." —— Hospital. The disinfection water drilled into the nostril, and her finger nerve reflex trembled. Ivy jumped from the sofa: "Jennifer, are you awake?" Her body seems to be shifted, it hurts even when she move it, and her brain fragment seems to remember nothing: "Ivy , what's wrong with me?" "You were hit by a car, there was a car accident, you forgot, what happened to you, why did you drink so much alcohol?" Car accident. Oh yes, in a car accident, why drink so much alcohol? Jennifer smiled sadly: "Jason has become my little uncle-in-law today. Forget it, I have a headache, I will sleep for a while." "What?" Ivy exclaimed, but Jennifer had fallen asleep again. In the dark, she had a dream. She dreamed that she had a car accident. After staying in the hospital for three days, she has recovered. The only pain is ... in the middle of the legs, it should be a psychological effect. Jennifer comforted herself while folding clothes. Ivy came to get her out of the hospital and send her home. Along the way, she was not assured: "Jennifer, are you really okay?" "I'm okay." From the initial rage to the uncomfortable, to the peace at the present, Jennifer seemed to see through everything in a life. "In fact, Jason's choice was right. Marrying Sandra, he can shorten his fight for at least 20 years, marry me ... an illegitimate girl who is not seen by others, only a fool wouldn't make that choice. Forget it, I'm here. Thank you for taking me back. Be careful on the way. " Looking at the thick openwork iron gate, Ivy nodded her head: "See you tomorrow then." "See you tomorrow." After passing through the long aisle, Jennifer went directly to a small two-story building next to her. This was actually where the servant lived, but her room was here, she is the result of her father's one-night stand sin. Here, no one is seen her as a young lady, she exists like a servant. Her father is very busy, and her stepmother is in control of the economy. Apart from tuition fees, there is usually no pocket money for her. She relies on the money she got by working during the winter and summer vacations. Her aunt Sandra is not the same, grandfather had her at very old age, that's why she's really loved and not much older than Jennifer. But her life is different, and she can only say that Jason is smart and not blinded. With a bitter smile, Jennifer d
