And breaking that rhythm, as studies point out, can affect both our brain and body - leading to weight gain, impulsivity, slower thinking & other problems.‍♀️ No wonder why the world’s top 1% achievers are early risers and endorse it too :) But breaking the age of old habit of waking up late, can be a tough task unless you don’t follow a proven system to make it your new habit and stick to it forever.
