Discover exactly how to get what you want. Most people don’t realize they’re the ones preventing themselves from manifesting their desires. ✨ Sign up for my free masterclass, Expand Your Havingness Level: www.crowdcast.io/e/expand-your-havingness ✨ Your havingness level is the amount of good stuff you’ll let yourself have before you start to unconsciously freak out and push away that good stuff. It’s your capacity to interact with the world and receive all of it, both the “good” and the “bad,” with equanimity and profound gratitude. When the “this is too good to be true” alarm bell starts going off in your head… It means you’re unconsciously rejecting all the good things you’ve been working hard to manifest. So in other words, your havingness level is the amount of raw sensation that you’re able to take in while still remaining centered, present, grounded and responsive. I’ve found that expanding my havingness level is the key to seeing bigger and more beautiful results from both my magical and my practical workings. Learn what the differences are between virtuous and non-virtuous minds and how applying this knowledge can impact your immediate state of mind and plant the seeds for ultimate happiness. Topics to be Covered: Virtuous Mental Factors The virtuous mental factors are positive qualities of the mind that counteract the non-virtuous mental factors—the root delusions and secondary delusions. There are eleven: faith, shame (or self-respect), embarrassment (or consideration for others), non-attachment, non-hatred, non-ignorance, effort, pliancy, conscientiousness, equanimity, and non-harmfulness. Non-virtuous Mental Factors: Root Delusions These are the afflicted or nonvirtuous minds that subsequently lead to the secondary delusions. There are six: attachment, anger, pride, ignorance, afflicted doubt and afflicted view. Secondary Delusions These are the afflicted or nonvirtuous minds that arise in dependence on the root delusions such as attachment, anger and so forth. There are twenty: belligerence, resentment, concealment, spite, jealousy, miserliness, deceit, dissimulation, haughtiness, harmfulness, non-shame (shamelessness), non-embarrassment (inconsideration), lethargy, excitement, non-faith (faithlessness), laziness, non-conscientiousness, forgetfulness, non-introspection (non-alertness) and distraction.

PARENTS: Ready to live a more conscious and aligned lifestyle? Ready to raise the new generations with wisdom? “I can’t. I am exhausted. I feel disconnected from myself and from my partner. I don’t have the patience. I cannot be present, I am always in my head. I feel anxious and sometimes I even feel sad… And all of this makes me feel so ungrateful because I have a beautiful family that I don’t know how to enjoy the way I know is possible”. Then the feelings of shame set in...but this is a common place for so many parents. That's how I felt for way too long. Lost. Broken. Sad. And anxious that my life was slipping away! I have been lost without knowing where to turn. I tried everything! I went to India many times, I did countless trainings and courses in spirituality, I read thousands of books, years of yoga and meditation studies, theta healing, reiki, energy clearing… I had teachers, coaches, shamans… I was committed and I practiced diligently for a very long time! And then I really got lucky! After seeking for way too long, trying different things, life did give me the right teachers I needed to really find what I was looking for, what I thought was the long lost knowledge of the path of awakening! I wanted to find myself. I wanted to make this lifetime count! I wanted to get to the bottom of the purpose of life. I wanted to understand life fully and expand my heart completely to soak it all in before it was gone. I wanted to transmute my pain, I wanted to heal myself to see the beauty of life, this life that I loved deeply although I felt lost, I wanted to be a powerful force in the world to inspire my children to be the same. Now I know myself. I know my essential nature and I know the way my ego functions in the world. I have healed my wounds and I have found my strength and confidence. I walk in my truth every single day and I feel alive and present. I don’t have to fill my life with self help books, trainings and courses any more. I know what I need and how to get it. I know where to find myself and I know how to walk this path with balance and equanimity. I know my wisdom and I offer my heart to everything I do. How did I make this transformation? A FEW SIMPLE SHIFTS (that went totally against the mainstream, so close to home that everyone misses them) SET ME FREE. This is a common story when my clients find me; overwhelmed by the thousands of roads to take in the path of healing and awakening. The despair deepened when they tried some things that didn’t really do it for them. And when they come to me, they are in disbelief that they’ll ever get there… Life is full enough with everything we need to accomplish to survive, and on top of it we need to find ourselves, make ourselves happy and now even our children! We become lost. How do others do it? How can we find balance in it all? How can we finally thrive in all areas of our life? Believe me, I was there! I read all the auto biographies I could find of people I admired. How can life be so complicated and the secrets to true liberation and our happiness be so hidden? Something is missing! That something is your HEART, SOUL, INTUITION and WISDOM… It’s finally time to live in truth. I have helped hundreds of people go from feeling “lost, overwhelmed, stuck, and broken” to “alive, aligned, empowered, and fulfilled.” I am so excited to share the 5 simple shifts of exactly how to reset the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body and rekindle the relationship with your Self, to bask in the most authentic, flowing, joyful, and purposeful life. Embodied Philosophy | Yoga and Wisdom Community
In this webinar we will explore pleasure, desire, and love from an embodied perspective. Our concepts around pleasure may be limited by a cultural context in which body, mind, and spirit have been torn apart by centuries of privileging the rational mind over the felt sense. As our world embraces the reintegration of these aspects of ourselves into a unified whole, the way we think about and experience pleasure, desire, and love are rapidly transforming. We may fear that focusing our attention on pleasure could lead to excess and re-enforce harmful addictive patterns. A somatic framework for pleasure allows us to orient to a range of feelings from a place of curiosity and openness rather than reinforcing an internal system of preferences and aversions. We may worry that desire is insatiable and can only lead to exhaustion and disappointment, however desire as a felt sense is a self arising, self fulfilling movement of energy that can increase our capacity to flow with the cycles of life. And finally, we may have looked to others to determine our worthiness of love, often forgetting that love is a force like gravity, a field of energy we can tune into at any time. Let’s come together and remember our true nature in love and ecstasy in conversation and through somatic practice in community with one another. In this talk, we'll learn: --> Ways to orient to the felt sense to expand your capacity for pleasure --> How to dance with the flow of desire without losing equanimity --> How to access a felt sense of the love that is always available to us This talk will be live and interactive on Thursday, May 7th @ 7pm ET, but all those who register will receive a link to watch the recording.

How We Should Live in a World with the Coronavirus Steven F. Hotze, M.D. CEO, Hotze Health & Wellness Cen Greetings my friends! I am not going to pull any punches. I am going to write to you about three topics that you will not hear from the mainstream fake news media, conventional doctors, or the politicians. These topics are 1) God is Sovereign, Trust Him, 2) Take charge of your own heath and strengthen your immune system, and 3) Learn about the coronavirus and my projections about it. God is Sovereign. Trust Him. “The earth is the Lord’s and all that it contains, the world and those who dwell in it.” (Psalm 24:1) “Thy Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom and Thy dominion endures throughout all generations.” (Psalm 145:13) “At the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:8-11) “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) “It is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor” – George Washington, 1789 Thanksgiving Proclamation Our faith is proven as we place out trust in God and in His divine providence in times of adversity. We must demonstrate the courage of our Christian, Biblical convictions. When the world is in bedlam, and hysteria is the order of the day, we can place our trust in the Lord God of Hosts, and face the future with confidence and equanimity. Christian men should be providing the leadership to guide the way for their family, friends and associates now and always. Place your confidence in God. Claim promises from His word. "No evil will befall me, nor will any plague enter my tent." (Psalm 91:10) Take Charge of Your Health, Strengthen your Immune System No one in the government health services or in conventional medicine has told you what you can do to strengthen your immune system to help you prevent yourself from getting the coronavirus. You must take charge of your own health and strengthen your immune system. Since 1997, the written goal of our Mission Statement at the Hotze Health & Wellness Center is to enable our guests to 1) strengthen their immune systems, and 2) increase their energy levels. Just as I stated publicly on Fox News on the Coronavirus Pandemic Special on Sunday, March 15, you can’t depend upon the government, your employer, your insurance company, your spouse and surely not any politician to keep you healthy. God has given you an amazing immune system so that you could defend yourself from harmful , infectious viruses and bacteria. Every day, since the day that you were born, you have come in contact with trillions of bacteria and viruses and you are still alive. Trillions of bacteria and viruses live in you and on you, in a symbiotic relationship. Your large intestines are full of healthy, normal, autochthonous bacteria. When you take probiotics, you are ingesting billions of healthful bacteria. The bacteria in our body are known as the microbiome and the viruses in our body are known as the virome. Your immune system has defended you against harmful viruses and bacteria, as have the healthy bacteria and viruses in your body. If you strengthen your immune system and increase your energy level, then the chances of your developing an infection are significantly decreased. Adopt my simple, 9 point, ABCDZ immune system strengthening program. 1) Be Enthusiastic about life. Enthusiasm is derived from Greek, “en theus,” and means to be filled and inspired by the spirit of God. 2) Take Vitamins A, B complex, C, D and Zinc, along with a probiotic. 3) Replenish and balance your thyroid, sex and adrenal bio-identical hormones. 4) Adopt a healthy keto f
