Need high performing prospects but don’t have the time to turn into a marketing wizard. - There are plenty of marketing courses out there, but those are normally for rookie agents who want to save money “doing it themselves”. These agents’ “business plan” is turning $7 leads into $5 leads, and they don’t care how much time they’ll waste chasing these uninterested seniors. - If you’re a successful agent or agency owner, you know that oftentimes cheap leads are the worst leads. - Two main statistics that define your success are Cost Per Acquisition AND Return On Time. For example, if you close 1 out of 30 $5 leads, your CPA is $150. And let’s say your average AP is $600. So you have a healthy-ish ROI. - But, if it takes you 5 calls on average to reach each of those 30 leads, you’re at 150 calls to just close one deal. Your agents will be in danger of serious burn out(mainly bc they’re spending so much TIME and EFFORT wading through garbage to find their elusive buyer). - Now, imagine that you’re calling seniors who have higher intent. They actually pick up the phone (almost 50% of the time on the very first call), they know that you’re calling to sell them final expense insurance, and they actually know who you are. - How many calls would you need to make to close a deal? How much time would you save? How excited would your agents be to hit the phones every day? - Now, these leads (or prospects as our clients call them) aren’t for sale. In other words… - We Aren’t Selling Leads. We help Elite Agents and Agencies design a custom lead system and build it ALL out with them. - No this isn’t a course. We’re not just pawning off some information on you and leaving you to sink or swim. - You make money selling insurance. Not moonlighting as a marketer. - Here’s what we DO FOR YOU: ✅Meet with you one on one to design and layout a custom lead system that will produce consistent leads that convert for you as a solo agent and/or your agency. ✅Implement a mutli lead source system to guarantee consistent lead flow by comb

(Kraushaar BS, Nirschl RP. Tendinosis of the elbow .J Bone Joint Surg [Am] 1999). If you only had 90 days to keep your Wedding Photography business up and running would you.. Create some new blog posts and “work on SEO,” hoping that your dream client somehow found your site on Google? Post feverishly on IG everyday with 30 different hashtags to a few hundred followers comprised mostly of friends, other photographers and past clients? Sit and wait for other vendors/venues to hopefully, maybe, send some wedding couple referrals your way this month? Throw money at Wedding Wire/ The Knot and pray they delivered non price shopping, high quality leads? Or would you.. Define with laser precision exactly who your target customer is and craft a magnetic marketing message to reliably draw them to you. Build a powerful and predictable wedding inquiry generating engine within your OWN business to consistently fill your inbox with excited and eager wedding couple leads. Design and implement a seamless and high performing client booking consultation process to weed out price shoppers and consistently book the clients who truly value your photography and don’t try to negotiate your collections/pricing. Finally get the nerve to raise your prices (which you know you should) to make more while working less and have more time for the other stuff in your life that you love like travelling, hanging with your family, or renovating an RV to tour the country and shoot destination weddings in the process :). My guess is probably the latter.. Whatsup guys, it’s Peter Byram here and right now we’re helping photographers all over the country evolve to the New Model of growing a wildly profitable 6 figure photo biz.. As you know, the typical stuff that most people are doing in the industry just really doesn’t produce the results we’re all after. If you’re looking to grow and you’re sick and tired of doing what isn’t working, I can help. Over the last few months I’ve helped several wedding photographers grow their businesses anywhere from 10k-30k/month all while having a heck of a lot more fun along the way. If you’re interested in learning how you can do the same, check out the new short movie I created titled “How I’m Helping Photographers Make 10k/Month Or More Even While Brides Are Rescheduling.” Here’s the link to check it out: https://peterbyramconsulting.com/case-study This short movie is going to show you exactly how you can evolve to the new model, grow to 6 figs (or more) and attract a higher quality client all while working less and travelling more.

“I moved to our Austin office because I saw an opportunity to help define the culture here. I was determined to ensure we have happy engineers who do great work and enjoy their lives. I started working with them one on one to see how they wanted to work, and encouraged them to explore bringing their knowledge to different members of the team. I’m on the Spend team, which is part of Enterprise Engineering (EE). EE helps the company function by doing everything from supporting our help desk and paying bills to working with AR/VR teams that produce and sell headsets. I love to empower my team to improve their skills by helping each other. Other teams used to review our code, but within my first two months, I helped transform the process so we review each other’s code. We were able to double the output, which made the team more confident, happy, and productive. We have a great work-life balance here, and I love that I can walk to work or cycle to my dance studio in Austin. The weather is warm and the people are warm here too.” You’ll find workplaces where people are smart, and you’ll find places where people are nice. Though it’s tough to find places where people are smart and nice, that has been my experience here at Facebook. —Jam J., Engineering Manager

The Epic Internet Battle Between Starkey and Hurtch. Hurtch always had a grand vision for himself. He wanted to make it big on the Internet. - - Jeff Bezos, today’s richest man in the world made his fortune with Amazon through e-commerce. - - Hurtch thought if he could learn e-commerce and build his online store he might be able to claim a tiny portion of Mr Bezos’s market share, serving him millions of dollars in the process. - - So away he went. Hurtch invested a lot of time, money and energy, trying to learn everything “e-commerce”. - - Hurtch quickly realized that if he wasn’t to produce his own product or services, he would have to sell the product or services of other vendors. This is called Dropshipping. - - Someone buys a listed product on Hurtch’s store, Hurtch then buys the product at a low cost wholesaler in China and ships the product from China directly to the buyer’s house within 20 business days. - The margin spread between the two prices is what Hurtch keeps in his pocket. This is a low-margin business and it requires a lot of volume (sales) to make GOOD money. Hurtch started bleeding money on ad trying to promote “China-made” products he thought would gain traction with consumers in the United States. Unfortunately for Hurtch, Amazon, Walmart and Co were selling the same product at more competitive prices than what Hurtch would charge with a quicker delivery (Amazon ships in 2 days). - - After months of losing money, Hurtch finally found a couple winning products. There was high-demand from American consumers! Hurtch scaled these products with massive ad campaigns on Facebook. - - His business started to be very profitable. Bravo Hurtch! But Hurtch didn’t realize just yet, he built himself: a “Golden Jail Cell”. - - A “Golden Jail Cell” is a profitable business where the entrepreneur gets stuck, overly-stressed, working over 60-hour weeks trying to satisfy the grudging demand of clients and navigate the bleeding ocean of competitors offering the same products or services. - - Hurtch is losing hair… He cannot define his schedule. He is at the mercy of his customers buying products at random hours. Hurtch has to make sure orders get fulfilled and delivered on time (in 2 days please or I get pissed) from China to someone’s suburban house in America. - - Hurtch is losing more hair… the game doesn’t end when the product gets delivered. One of his winning product is a brown leather jacket, and 30% of customers returned their items because of sizing issues. Hurtch is awful at customer support, his logistic is porous, and going forward the majority of these customers will buy elsewhere - -. Hurtch feels like he has no Location Freedom. The only vacation Hurtch might take is to the Port of Shanghai to ask harbourmasters why his cargo of “best-selling” scooby doos hasn’t departed the dock. - - Hurtch is running out of hair… Competition keeps increasing and Hurtch fails to find niche products consistently. His margins are getting eaten by Amazon that can do everything better than him, from A to Z. - - Hurtch feels like the sausage of a Chicago hot-dog getting squeezed from the top by demanding customers, and from the bottom by growing competition. Problem is Hurtch is running out of Ketchup. - - Hurtch, now a bald man, grabs a drink with his best pale Starkey whom he hasn’t seen in months. - - “Hurtchy!! What happened to your hair bro’ !”, asks Starkey. - - Starkey has an amazing tan, his glow is vibrant and he carries a broad victorious smile. There is a tint of arrogance in his demeanor that suggests he has an incredible lifestyle. - - “My friend we should sit down and talk business.”, Starkey continues. - - “When you confessed you would embark on an e-com business I was skeptical. You got lured by a Facebook Ad featuring a clueless Dropshipper with a leased Lamborghini, promising a land of hotties, haven’t you?”, Starkey with a condemning look. - - “The future of the Internet is in High-Ticket Affiliate Marketing”. - - “This lifestyle business has allowed me to achieve the 3 Pillars of Freedom: Financial,
