Follow this recipe to make 6 servings of Cheeseburger Soup
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 can Carnation Evaporated Creamer 370ml
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices American cheese, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef with onion over
medium-high heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain.
Stir in flour and pepper; transfer to a 5-qt. soup pot.
Stir in broth and Carnation Evaporated Creamer.
Cook, covered, on low and cook until flavors are blended. Stir in cheeses until melted. Top servings with remaining ingredients.

Crumble De Cookies
The Shopping Basket `Mill-Kcina taz-Zija` Broad Beans are delicious and nutritious, and can be used in many dishes. Try this broad beans and cheddar tart.
To make the pastry, tip the flour, butter and salt into a food processor and process briefly, add the egg and process until it forms small clumps. Remove and form into a ball, then wrap in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out to fit a flan tin. Prick the base and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake the pastry case blind for 15 minutes. Remove from the foil add beans and bake for a further 5 minutes. Cool slightly. Reduce the oven to 190C.
Scatter MKZ Broad Beans and ham in the pastry case and crumble the cheese on top. Whisk together the eggs, crème fraîche and milk and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the beans and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
