Today we want to highlight an issue that doesn't get enough attention as it should - it is a very common problem and patients should seek medical attention if these symptoms below arise. #Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in your lower rectum. 2 types - [a] #Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless, but tend to bleed. [b] #External hemorrhoids may cause pain. A thrombosed hemorrhoid will appear as a lump at the anal verge, protruding from the anus and will be dark bluish in color because of the blood clot contained inside the swollen blood vessel. A non-thrombosed hemorrhoid will appear as a rubbery lump. Some common #symptoms of internal and external hemorrhoids are: • Bleeding from passing a stool or blood found on stool • Itching around anal cavity • Feeling of fullness after a bowel movement • Pain while sitting for long periods of time • Hard lump found around the anus • Pain while defecating • Inflammation around anal cavity Issues such as #fissures, #fistulas, #abscesses, #colon #cancer and itching have similar symptoms as hemorrhoids. Next Mini of the Week is Ariza the Paladin! Read her short story down below and find her at our online store at: https://nerdyviking3dprinting.com/products/ariza-the-paladin Get 25% off her using the following discount code: ARIZA25. Ariza sat on her stool in the Spider's Web tavern and waved down the bartender for a drink. She was minding her own business, as she was just travelling through but needed a moment to rest. The Church of the Radiant Sun had sent her to deal with a novice necromancer on the eastern side of Kaelidur. Just as she began to order her drink, a voice belted out from behind her. "Yer kind's not welcome here, black blood!" A heavy set of footsteps followed closely afterwards. It was not her first time dealing with racists, being a Daemonborn wasn't always a blessing, but it still did not sit well with her. "Listen, Michael. I don't want any trouble in here, alright?" The bartender said, clearly having dealt with this before. "Don't worry ma'am..." Ariza said. "We can discuss this further outside. Isn't that right, good sir Michael?" She turned in her seat at the last sentence, coming face-to-face with a mountain of a man. "Aye. That we can." He said. Ariza quickly strode outside, equipping her shield and arming sword. She lazily placed it on her shoulder, excited to deal with this scum.
Health&Fitness Coach - Holistički pristup fitnessu i buđenje svijesti - daliborpetrinic.com
Eat to live, not the opposite. The turning point in my career was 8 years ago, when after 7 years in the fitness industry I realized, that the official definition of fitness that is being pushed by the mainstream media and popular fitness magazines and websites has little to do with health and longevity. The deeper I dug into the fitness industry, the more I got pissed off by the manipulation, lies and and selling that was being forced upon the majority of population that unfortunately does not have a real clue about the subject. Most fitness magazines and websites are owned by the same few companies that also (surprise, surprise) sell, most of the supplements. Unfortunately we live in a material world, where looks and status mean a lot to people, so the the whole concept of fitness industry revolves around that. Firm butts, strong legs, chiseled abs, big biceps and triceps, basically a collection of body parts in one place. Like humans are some kind of statues that don't move. But what they don't tell people is that almost all of those models they present to them on the covers are depressed, often very egoistic with deep problems that go all the way back to childhood, obsessed with calorie counting and food weighing, lacking self-confidence and generally very unhappy. Because they live a life full of lies. Oh yes, being fit is something completely different than what is being presented in the mainstream media. And now with the global awakening of consciousness, people are slowly starting to realize it. Probably the biggest lies regarding nutrition is that you have to eat breakfast and that you must eat every 3 hours. Now who would benefit from such information? Let me think for a second; maybe the food industry? That BTW. is owned by just 10 companies in the whole world! Luckily with the rapid progression of internet, today we have access to so much eye opening information and the truth is finally coming out to the surface. More and more research about the benefits of fasting are coming out, and people are realizing that for all this time they were digging their graves with knives and forks. Indeed, almost all disease and sickness comes from the gut and/or from the mind. Almost every year some new fad diet turns up, and a lot of people always go for that cool new thing. Even though, every time they try a new diet, they eventually come back to where they started from and often a few steps back (they gain even more weight back). If there is only thing you must understand about nutrition, it is this one: THERE IS NO SINGLE AND UNIVERSAL DIET FOR ALL HUMANS! We are so unique, complex, different and emotional, that one man's cure could be another man's poison. Only thorough saliva, stool, blood, microbiome and genes testing can give you some indication of what would be the best diet for you. And that also would change throughout the year with the season (spring, summer and winter). Indeed, nutrition is a very complex subject and probably the most debatable one. Because every expert and scientist out there thinks he/she is right and wants to push his/her opinion to everybody. That's why having an open mind, experimenting and constantly learning is crucial, as well as leaving the ego aside. For me being fit and healthy means not just looking good and not being sick, but being in peace with yourself and working on your inside even more than on your outside. Meditation, spending time in nature as often as possible, practicing some form of fasting, eating to live and not the opposite, moving regularly and sitting as little as possible, living mindfully and being grateful for every new day on this planet is my definition of a healthy and fit person. And my goal and mission in this life is to help as many people as I can to become that healthy, happy and fit person! If you'd like to find out more about my methods, click the link and join me on my journey to help as many people as possible to become healthy, happy and fit!

So what's so special about them anyways besides the fact they they have money? From the brief back story she gave me this morning, one of them is 23 and the other is 25, both are extremely rich from some type of family business. My mother has money, but it's mostly from the divorce so she is always searching for another source to fund her lifestyle. My dad pays child support and most of the money goes to her or my schooling. If I want something, she buys it though, but only to make up for how horrid she is. As I'm coming down, I see the backs of two men standing in front of my mom who has on her tiny tennis dress even though she doesn't play tennis anymore. My stomach knots a little in anticipation as the presence of the two men seem strong and intimidating especially to a 15 year old. "Oh there you are sweet" I walk around the men and stand by her side letting her wrap her arm around my shoulders. "Sweetie, you should have brushed your hair." She tucks a lock of my hair behind my ear and I pull away. "I did" I mumble, already hoping this ends quickly. I hesitate to look up, not really one for making eye awkward eye contact. "Eden, this is Harper and Jasper King. They just moved next door. This is my daughter Eden. She is 15." I extend my hand "Nice to meet you." My voice small, yet proper. I look down not wanting them to see my braces. Both men are like something off of an episode of Gossip Girl. Both tall, handsome, and too damn young for my mother. Both equally make me feel like a creature coming from her cave. Harper and Jasper look almost the same, but Harper's hair is a little long and messy, where as Jasper's is smoothed back. Both have green eyes, but Jasper's seemed darker. His whole vibe screams mean and hard. I can tell he is the older brother and more uptight than Harper, whose smile has left yet. "Hello, Eden, it's very nice to meet you." Harper says flashing me a model smile. I look over at Jasper and as he shakes my hand, he doesn't really smile. His strong domineering eyes go from my eyes down to my mouth looking at my braces. My cheeks heat up and I turn red under his intense stare. Unfortunately, my mom notices. "Oh Eden, do you have a little crush on Jasper?" she pinches my cheeks and I push her hand away making her frown. "Mom, stop" I roll my eyes and when her expression changes, I know I've crossed the line. "Why don't you two go into the kitchen and get a drink?" She smiles at the men "Eden, can I talk to you for a moment?" Her sweet voice fooling everyone. but me. I don't say anything, I just follow her. I look towards the kitchen and Jasper is looking right at me. I can't read his expression, but I don't break eye contact until he is out of view. My mom pulls me into her office and when she closes the door, she is the mom I know and hate. "Eden, do you want to ruin my chances of getting a great man? Your father let us for Christ sake. Do you want me to be lonely and miserable?" Always playing the victim. The reason she can't get a man is because eventually they become tired of her drunken antics. "No, ma'am" I look down and she grabs my jaw hard forcing me to look up at her. "Then stop acting like a little brat!" The grip on my jaw makes inside of my lip press against my new braces and I taste a tinge of blood as they cut my mouth. "I'm sorry" Tears threaten to spill over, but I know it'll only make it worse. "You definitely are and you better not start crying, Its pathetic." She pushes my face away "Now get into that kitchen and act right" "Yes ma'am." I nod and follow her out of the office and back into the kitchen. When we walk in whatever the two brothers were talking about stops and Harper smiles and begins complimenting my mom on the lovely house, but again Jasper doesn't say anything. I sit down on a bar stool next to him and he turns towards me. "You know, I had braces at your age" his expression still blank and hard but I guess that's just his personality. "They suck. I look like a freak" I frown and suddenly my mom is in front of me smiling sweetly "Here honey, here is some ice chips fo

Dr. Jack Kruse
Darlene said on the my forum, “Hello everyone. I am a 44 year old mom of two (all grown up), have been married 26 years, live in Montana, and unfortunately was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) last Christmas. I am a nursing student, and love medical research. Immediately upon diagnosis, I began eating a raw, vegan, gluten free diet. I then transformed that into a totally grain free diet. I felt amazing for about 6 months, when I started to get tired and run down. At that time, more research led me to the belief that I may not be doing myself such a great favor by the raw vegan diet, so I added bone broth, grass-fed beef, eggs etc. I also added coffee back into my morning routine with heavy cream (grass-fed organic). I then came across the Perfect Health Diet and was allowing myself safe starches. Just days ago I read The Caveman Doctor and Dr. Kruse’s info on safe starches and realize now that they will have to be eliminated from my diet. The type of cancer I was diagnosed with is usually seen in much older people, except that it seems lately, younger people are being diagnosed. CLL is a slow-moving blood cancer (hopefully), and I have had time to experiment. It is a monoclonal proliferation of B-Cells. If any of you know anything about CLL, I do not meet any of the currently tested for FISH test criteria (13q deletion, etc.) , which places my overall survival at about 5-9 years. They believe I have had this for about 2. For those of you that do not know about CLL, that will sound like gibberish. My White Cell count is 29k, my absolute lymphocytes are about 85%. In December of 11 at diagnosis, it was 22k. It was stable while on the vegan diet, not increasing over three months. Then, after adding meat back in (and coffee) it increased to 29K. There are SO many conflicting studies, articles, and opinions on what a person with cancer should eat. There is even more questionable when cancer is a blood cancer. Not much information out there. I have even come across a study that shows that leukemic cell lines are immune to death by ketosis. They are able to maintain life by glycolysis or ketosis, either one. (I cannot relocate this study). My prior history has been a mess. I had post-viral syndrome after a particularly bad case of influenza in 1990. I had not really been the same since. There were random diagnoses such as Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, non-differentiated connective tissue disease, etc. I have had my gallbladder out, my appendix out, my tonsils out. During the appendix operation in 2008, I acquired Clostridium Difficile. I had this relapsing and reoccurring for 8 months. For 8 months my gut flora was assaulted with Vancomycin. When I asked for a stool transfer I was literally laughed at by the gastroenterologist. I gathered information on my own and did it myself using my daughter’s stool. I was cured in one day. Dr. Kruse’s blogs on how the sun sculpts the gut flora has been eye-opening, to say the least. All of these random problems cleared up when I eliminated grains from my diet, changed my LED lights and ate the Epi-paleo Rx way as outlined in your book on Amazon. So I am here. I have read lots of information by Dr. Kruse, but have not been entirely sure how much applies to me. With my student loans, I will be utilizing an educational consult. Until then, I will be devouring information where I can get it. Thanks for any advice or help you can throw my way, Jack. I find that the more I learn, the better I feel. The oncologist/hematologist cannot be relied on for helpful information, they tell me that what you eat doesn’t matter! I realize that my post makes me sound like an exhausted lost-cause, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I have tons of energy, workout cross-fit style, play, spend time in the sun, and enjoy every moment of my life. I have always fought back and I will continue to do so. ” Thanks for reading! Darlene

This time our beloved ✨ dietitian Deborah is sharing monthly tips about preventing and treating constipation, which can occur after weight loss surgeries. “Constipation can be an annoying and very uncomfortable side effect of a low fat, low calorie diet. Eating foods high in fibre as part of both your pre surgery diet and post surgery eating plan helps prevent constipation. You should also drink plenty of fluids, preferably 1.5 to 2 litres of water daily before and after surgery. It is very common to be constipated after your surgery because: It takes your gut some time to recover from the surgical manipulation. Anesthetic and pain medications, especially analgesics, have side effects which include constipation. Supplements such as iron and calcium can cause constipation. An iron supplement can also cause dark coloured stools Weight loss surgery restricts the size of the stomach with a reduction in the quantity of food intake which in turn reduces the quantity of stools. The initial liquid diet in the first 2 weeks after surgery has a low amount of fibre. If you continue to rely on protein shakes instead of food based meals this can result in the formation of little feces not bulky enough to stimulate an adequate bowel movement. After the recovery period – from week 6-8 you need to follow a healthy diet plan including high fibre foods e.g. fruit, vegetables, beans, oats and wholegrain cereals and breads. How to treat constipation: 1️⃣ FLUID, FLUID and more FLUID. Dehydration is the main cause of constipation. Get into the habit of sipping water throughout the day- at least 1.5litres. 2️⃣ BE ACTIVE Start walking around as soon as the doctor gives you the go-ahead. Physical activity stimulates your bowel movements and also benefit the overall healing process while reducing the chances of blood clots. 3️⃣ GO WHEN YOU NEED TO Never postpone the urge to defecate because the more you delay it, the harder the stool becomes. 4️⃣ TRY: ➡️ prune juice (no added sugar) 50ml mixed with 50ml warm water ➡️ 3 pureed prunes mixed with the same volume of 0% fat Greek yoghurt ➡️ 2-3 tablespoons pureed green vegetables cooked without salt ➡️ 2-3 tablespoons carrots or parsnips cooked without salt ➡️ 3 dried apricots soaked in hot water and pureed mixed with the same volume of low sugar, low fat custard. ➡️ 1 pot of Low sugar Yakult If food and fluid solutions do not work you can take a stool bulking type of laxative e.g. Senna. Consult your GP if the constipation is longer than 7 days. Best Wishes Deborah”
