Hey guys. Here's a simple method of mine for eating healthy.​ ​ I love my local meals, so I personally use this method to control the portions of food I eat. ​ I love being fit and healthy, and this method is part of my daily routine to achieve my fitness goals.​ ​ With it, I consume less calories and still feel full after every meal.​ ​ Here's the method:​ ​ STEP 1. I make sure half of my plate (50%) is filled with Vegetables such as Spinach Stew, Ugwu soup, Okra soup, etc.​ ​ From my research, I found out, that these vegetables are low in calories but high in fibre.​ I then divide the other half of my plate into two equal halves (25% each). ​ STEP 2. I make sure a quarter of my plate (25%) is for carbohydrates such as rice, swallow like Eba/Garri, Oats, Boiled yam, etc.​ ​ This helps me eat less carbohydrates in my meals.​ ​ STEP 3: Then the other quarter is filled with protein such as Beef, Titus Fish, Chicken, etc.​ ​ To recap...​ ​ 50% of my plate is vegetables, 25% of my plate is Carbohydrates and the last 25% is protein.​ ​ That's how I plate my meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on my own journey.​ Over the past few weeks, I've been working on a 3-day healthy meal plan and it's now ready. ​ I am now giving out this 3-day healthy meal plan for FREE.
